Shipping Policy

We use real-time shipping on this site. That means that your shipping rates are calculated at the time of your order using UPS and USPS shipping calculators. At times, especially with smaller orders of items such as 3 x 4 minis and cards, shipping calculations may not reflect the true costs. If you feel that the shipping charges are incorrect, please contact us and let us know of your situation. If your charges were truly over-inflated we will be happy to credit you the difference.  Also, at times, especially with international shipments or shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, the rate will be more than the quote we receive.  It these situations, we may contact you and and make sure you are ok with the shipping charges before we ship to you.  We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We offer free shipping on orders over $500.00 (not including tax and shipping) and delivered within the Continental United States. At times our website will issue free shipping to areas outside of the continental United States. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you mistakenly receive the credit on your order, we will contact you and make sure you are ok with the shipping charges before we ship to you. We would love to offer free shipping anywhere in the world, however we would not stay in business very long if we did so.

Also, be aware that USPS places time frames in their quotes, i.e. "2-Day Priority Mail."  Do not be deceived.  We do not promise you will receive your order two days after you order it.  the "2-Day" merely states that USPS shipping from our location to yours, once the item has shipped, is generally 2 days according to the United States Postal Service.  On many orders we will need to mount pictures, frame pictures and order art from other vendors and shipping the next day is just not possible.  Please call us before using expedited shipping.  Many times regular usps shipping is one day and customers have chosen "3-Day Select." which will in reality take 3 days.  Contact us if you need shipping expedited and we will let you know what we can do.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy on all in-stock items. Please check with us to make sure the item you are interested in is an in-stock item.  If you are unhappy with an in-stock product for any reason, simply return it with a copy of your receipt for a full refund. Refunds are refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase within thirty days of refund approval. Purchases made with another payment method are refunded via check.

SPECIAL ORDERS

LDSArt.com does not stock all products listed on the website. Products ordered from the website that are not in-stock will be ordered from the original vendor or secondary market owner. These items are not eligible for return or refund. To find out if a product is returnable or not, send the product description to sales@ldsart.com and we will let you know if it is returnable. 

PRICING & AVAILABILITY POLICY

Art prices and availability on the website reflect only the issue price given by the publisher and the availability at the time the website was last updated. Prices & availability on the website do not reflect the current market value and our site is not bound to deliver any products or services at the advertised price.

Because we can not guarantee the accuracy of pricing and availability information, we verify each order at the time of purchase and adjust the price accordingly. Customer credit cards are charged at the time of order. After confirming the current market value you will be made aware of any increases to the advertised price and given the opportunity to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order due to a price increase, the amount of your order will be promptly refunded to your card.
